Returns & Exchanges

Policy & Requirements

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size sent by our team — we will cover the return delivery cost
  • Wrong item delivered — we will cover the return delivery cost
  • Damaged or defective product — we will cover the return delivery cost

Change of Mind / Quality Concerns

If you wish to exchange an item because you are not satisfied with the quality or have simply changed your mind, you will need to courier the item back to us at your own cost.

If you wish to return an item for these reasons, a 20% deduction will apply to the refund, and the return courier cost will be your responsibility.

If a replacement piece is available, we will arrange an exchange accordingly. If the requested item is no longer available, a refund may be issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Return & Exchange Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn and unused
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • The product must be returned in its original condition

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags/packaging may not qualify for return or exchange approval.
